[Study on chronic bronchitis with special reference to rheumatoid factor].

چکیده

概 要 慢性 気管支 炎に検 出 され る リウマチ 因子(RF)と 本症 の二,二 臨床所見 との比較検 討を行 な うと ともに,こ れ と比較す る意味 で他の慢性肺 疾患に ついて も併せ検 討 した.そ の結果,RFの 頻度 は慢性気 管支炎 において最 も高 く,つ いで サル コイ ドーシス,塵 肺,気 管支端 息お よび肺結 核の順で あつた.慢 性気管 支炎を 西本分類 でみた場合 は感染を主症 状 とす る感染閉塞型 お よび感染型 に,ま た 換 気機能 に よる分 類では 閉塞型お よび混合型 にそれぞれRF陽 性者 を多数認め た.喀 疾の性 状を粘液 性 お よび膿 性 に分 け る と膿性 痰 を示 す症例 にRFは 高頻度 であ り,肺機 能検査 では%DLCOお よびstatic complianceの 低下 した ものにやや高 率に出現す る傾向 を認めた.肺 結 核をNTA分 類 でみ る と病 巣 の 大 きさに比 例 してRFの 頻度 も上昇 した.サ ル コイ ドーシスでは肺野病 変を示す症 例に,ま た塵 肺で は%DLCOの 低下 した症例 にそれ ぞれRFが 高頻 度に証 明 された.
